Essential Candle Supply is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the recipient through any unforeseen delay in shipping times. Where shipment tracking applies, you will be advised via email of the tracking number once your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your delivery via the link provided in the email.

Returns & Exchanges
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of receipt.
Change of mind returns - please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange a credit for change of mind. Cost of return shipping is bourne by the purchaser. Items must be in original unused condition.
Faulty item If an item is faulty, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

While we will endeavour to fulfill your order, we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil your order or are unable to supply the products in your order. Essential Candle Supply is registered for GST (goods and services tax), therefore GST is charged on products.
To view past orders, simply ensure you Register at the time of purchase, then Log In to your account to view purchase history. If you purchase as a Guest, you will be unable to access purchase history.For all current orders, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your current order.
